Our story
Why we set up in Dubai in 2019.
In 2019 the organisers announced that the Dakar was leaving South America for Saudi Arabia. We read that as the centre of our sport moving to the Middle East, and that competitors would want to spend as much time as possible on desert that behaves like the desert they race on. We chose Dubai as our base for desert training.
Our first clients included competitors who wanted roadbook practice and riders and drivers learning to handle sand. Years spent alongside factory teams shaped our approach to preparation. We first used those methods for our own racing, then adapted them for training participants.
We began with motorcycles and added SSV later. Participants without off-road experience start in an SSV with a coach beside them. Motorcycle training requires previous off-road riding experience; previous rally starts are not required.
Coaching with rally team support
RTC uses the paddock and support crew of DUUST Rally Team. We adapt the training to each participant, from an introduction to SSV driving to preparation for a motorcycle rally.
Prepared roadbooks and navigation units
We rent rally navigation units and provide prepared roadbooks in the United Arab Emirates and Morocco. You can practise navigation with the equipment and route material provided.
Coaches who raced at the top
Between them the coaches hold four World Championship titles and more than twenty-five Dakar starts. Their record includes the first Polish team to start and finish the Dakar Rally, in 2000 with ORLEN Team.
Preparation for a first rally
We have prepared competitors from zero in the moto, SSV, car and rally truck categories. All of them went on to finish races including the Dakar Rally and the Africa Eco Race.

Paweł Stasiaczek began without rally experience.
When Paweł first came to us more than five years ago he was new to rally bikes and motorsport, and did not hold a competition licence. What followed came from the training programme and several years of systematic work.
His results followed several years of training and rally starts.

DUUST Rally Team
RTC and DUUST Rally Team.
Rally Training Center runs motorcycle, SSV and roadbook navigation training, as well as events for private groups and companies. RTC is part of the wider DUUST brand, which brings together the rally team, motorcycle sales, training and events. Its coaches and support crew also work with DUUST Rally Team, known in the sport for motorcycle rally racing.
Marek Dąbrowski leads the operation and coaches participants. Filip manages logistics and organisation for both RTC and the team. Riders including Konrad Dąbrowski and Jean-Loup Lepan combine racing with coaching.
