The summary covers the main points of the published release. Read the full document before signing.
You accept that this is dangerous
The release lists the risks by name, including serious injury or death from collisions, falls from vehicles, vehicle failure, hidden rocks, and illness in remote places without immediate access to a hospital. You confirm you accept them.
You release the organisers from claims
The release covers the organising companies, their directors, staff, contractors and anyone else engaged for the activity, and it extends to claims arising from negligence. You also agree not to bring an action later.
You confirm you are fit to drive
The release asks you to confirm that you have no chronic condition or injury that would normally rule you out, that you take no medication which could impair driving, and that you have had no alcohol or drugs in the previous eighteen hours.
Insurance is yours to arrange
The document states plainly that medical, passenger liability and accident insurance are not provided by the organisers and may not be generally available. You are advised to arrange your own medical and property cover. We ask for cover that extends to extreme sports.
You get a safety briefing first
The briefing runs before anyone drives, and the release records that you received it.
Dubai and UAE law applies
The release is governed by the law of Dubai and the applicable federal law of the United Arab Emirates, and it includes a waiver of the right to a trial.
You pay for damage you cause
The release makes you liable for damage caused by your driving or riding to your own equipment or to equipment taken from MMG Eventz FZ LLC during the training, including the spare parts and the repair of the vehicle concerned. The order form adds a ceiling for a rollover.

What we ask for on the day
- Photo identification, since the order form records an ID number
- Your insurance policy details
- An emergency contact name and telephone number
- A valid driving licence for the driving programmes
Damage
If the vehicle is damaged
The release makes you liable for damage caused by your driving or riding. The order form adds that if you disregard the coach's instructions and damage the vehicle, you can be charged for the repair, and it states a ceiling for a rollover. That figure is on the form, and it is confirmed in your written offer before you pay anything. Ask us for the figure before you pay.
