A day in the desert with world champions from the DUUST Rally Team paddock, or a day or several in the bivouac with our crew during a rally. We deliver both formats directly from our own paddock for company boards and partner groups.

What this is
A rally programme for company groups.
Your group spends the day with people who race the Dakar. We bring the mobile paddock to the dunes, provide food there and run coached SSV rotations with a safety briefing and time to discuss rally preparation with the team.
Numbers stay small on purpose. Groups run to about ten people, which keeps the wait between drives short and lets the coaches work with each person individually. Larger groups are possible with more rotations, and we will explain how group size affects each participant’s driving time.
Everyone drives
SSV driving is open to beginners, with a coach alongside. Vehicles have a roll cage and harnesses. Everyone receives a safety briefing, and coaches adapt the driving to each participant.
Spend the day with the coaches
Marek Dąbrowski and the coaching staff spend the day with your group. They coach in the cars and discuss their racing experience during breaks.
RTC runs the complete operation
RTC supplies the vehicles, coaches, paddock, recovery, tracking, catering and transfers. Your quotation and invoice come from one supplier.
Photo and video coverage
Photo and video coverage of the day can be added for your group or partner event.

Each of these has been run before. Which one fits depends on the headcount, the number of days and whether the group drives or watches.

The simplest format, and the one that works with the widest mix of people.
- The Desert Experience programme, run for your group
- Levels 1 and 2 over two days, with level 3 on the third day; a Desert Loop at each level
- Hotel, transfers, catering and a gift pack included
- Co-drive laps for partners who would rather not drive
Best for
Boards and senior teams
The group trains over consecutive days.
- A few days inside the bivouac with DUUST Rally Team during a live race
- Briefings, the service area at night, the start and the finish
- Accreditation, logistics and movements handled by the team
- Access is limited by the organiser, so this is booked well in advance

We have taken company boards to the Dakar this way. The Dakar runs in January, so it is decided the autumn before.

Each participant needs
- A signed release of liability, and an order form setting out the damage terms

Send us the headcount, the window and the country and we come back with a written quotation and a draft schedule. If you need a risk assessment or supplier documentation for an internal approval, ask and we will send it with the quote. The published documents are available for review. Ask Filip to confirm the applicable versions and organiser for your group before signing. Groups who want coaching on their own machines book the training programmes.
