Corporate and incentive
Take your people inside a rally team
A day on the dunes with world champions, or a few days living in the Dakar bivouac with the crew. We have run both for company boards and partner groups, and we run them out of our own paddock rather than through an agency.

What this is
Not a team-building exercise with a rally theme.
Your group spends the day with people who race the Dakar, in the vehicles they race, on the terrain they train on. We bring the mobile paddock out to the dunes, we feed everyone there, and the coaching is the same programme a competitor gets. Nobody is bussed to a viewing point.
Numbers stay small on purpose. Groups run to about ten people so that everyone drives rather than queues, and so the coaches can work with each person individually. Larger groups are possible with more rotations, and we will tell you honestly what a given headcount means for time in the seat.
Everyone drives
Side-by-side, so no previous experience is needed and a coach can sit alongside. The car does the protecting, which is what makes this workable for a mixed group.
The people are the programme
Marek Dąbrowski and the coaching staff spend the day with the group, driving, eating and talking about the races. That conversation is usually what people remember.
One supplier, one invoice
Vehicles, coaches, paddock, recovery, tracking, catering and transfers are ours. There is no chain of subcontractors between you and the desert.
It photographs well
Photo and video coverage of the day can be added, which is usually the point for a partner event or a launch.
Formats
Three ways to bring a group.
Each of these has been run before. Which one fits depends on how many people, how many days and whether you want them driving or watching.
- One full day, hotel to dunes and back
- Rally-prepared Can-Am Maverick, everyone drives in rotation
- Mobile paddock, lunch on the dunes, recovery and tracking
- Photo and video coverage on request
Best for
Client and partner groups
The simplest format, and the one that works with the widest mix of people.
- The Desert Experience programme, run for your group
- Three levels and a Desert Loop for each, so people visibly improve
- Hotel, transfers, catering and a gift pack included
- Co-drive laps for partners who would rather not drive
Best for
Boards and senior teams
Long enough that people arrive as colleagues and leave having done something difficult together.
- A few days inside the bivouac with DUUST Rally Team during a live race
- Briefings, the service area at night, the start and the finish
- Accreditation, logistics and movements handled by the team
- Access is limited by the organiser, so this is booked well in advance
Best for
Sponsors and top-tier incentives
We have taken company boards to the Dakar this way. The Dakar runs in January, so it is decided the autumn before.
Practical
What your finance and legal team will ask.
Answered here so you can forward this page rather than field the questions yourself.
We provide
- Rally-prepared vehicles with a safety upgrade: cage, seats, harnesses and nets
- Coaches, including active and former world-level competitors
- The mobile paddock, recovery, fuel and desert tracking of every participant
- Catering on site and transfers between hotel and desert
- A support crew trained in first aid on every day we run
- One invoice covering all of it
Each participant needs
- A signed release of liability, and an order form setting out the damage terms
- Travel medical insurance extended to extreme sports
- A valid driving licence for the driving formats
Not included
- Flights and visas
- Insurance premiums
Send us the headcount, the window and the country and we come back with a written quotation and a draft schedule. If you need a risk assessment or supplier documentation for an internal approval, ask and we will send it with the quote. The release of liability and the order form are downloadable, so your legal team can read them before you commit.
Start with a headcount
Tell us how many people and when.
That is enough for us to tell you which format fits, what it costs and whether the dates are open. If the trip is built around the Dakar in January, the autumn before is when it has to be decided.
